Barry Goody-
Focus Three's President, Barry Goody was born to the business-literally. Barry's father was the legendary Sam Goody. Yes, the same Sam Goody whose name you see emblazoned on music stores and in malls throughout the United States.
As a child there was music throughout the Goody household and Barry took to it naturally, learning to play the guitar at a very young age.To put it simply, Barry loves all types of music.
After school Barry went on to become General manager of International Recotape Corporation, the RCA records and tapes distributor for the New York area. He then became Vice President
General Manager for Sam Goody Inc.
Barry, besides his Focus Three duties, is currently Professor of Music Business at Five Towns College on Long Island. He teaches courses in music Business Careers, Record Promotion, Broadcasting, and Independent Record Production.
Ultimately, Mr. Goody says that he "would like to have an impact on what music people listen to."Being President of Focus Three Management Inc. should certainly give Barry that opportunity.

Bob Rifici-
Focus Three's Senior Vice President, Bob Rifici, was bitten by the music bug at a very young age.Born in Brooklyn, New York, Bob grew up listening to and being influenced by two legendary Disc-Jockeys: Alan Freed on 1010 WINS, and Peter Tripp on WMGM.Bob then started to attend Alan Freed's Rock and Roll Shows at the Brooklyn Paramount Theater, where he was lucky enough to actually meet and talk to the likes of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, Bo Diddley, and Chuck Berry. These artists had a major impact on what would become Bob's future. The rest, as they say, is history. Bob, inspired by these artists, got a job at RCA records, where he worked for the next 25 years. Starting in the mailroom, moving up to sales representative, then in 1974 becoming a product manager. In 1979 he was
made New York branch manager, and in 1983 was promoted to Director of Sales. After leaving RCA, Bob became Vice President of Marketing for Stratford Distribution Corporation and then moved on to The Hempstead Music Company where he was Vice President of Uncle Phil's retail music store chain.
Bob says that he "has never gotten tired of the evolution of music and it's artists, and hopes that Focus Three Management will be able to add it's name and it's artists to music history."
